By purchasing this bundle, you can collect your Lightstick on-site at the concert on March 14, 2026, by presenting your official website order page. The Lightstick Base will be shipped separately starting from March 31, 2026, according to order sequence.

Lightstick: Important Notes

Package Contents: Please verify that your package includes one Photocard (random 1 of 3 types) and a Wrist Strap.

Batteries: Batteries are not included. Please prepare 3 AAA alkaline batteries.

Battery Safety: Do not mix batteries of different brands, different power levels (new and used), or different types (e.g., carbon-zinc and alkaline). This prevents voltage instability and the risk of leakage.

Long-term Storage: Always remove the batteries if the lightstick will not be used for more than two weeks after the concert. Battery leakage is the primary cause of damage, as it corrodes the circuit board and battery springs.

Wrist Strap Installation: Ensure the included yellow wrist strap is properly installed through the strap hole. Physical impact from dropping the device often leads to internal loose connections or circuit board damage.

Moisture Protection: The internal circuit board is not waterproof. Avoid using it in the rain or use a transparent waterproof cover for protection.

Heat Sensitivity: Avoid leaving the device in high-temperature environments (such as a hot car or under direct sunlight) to prevent casing deformation or electronic damage.

Exchange Policy (Initial Defects Only)

Exchanges are only available for the following conditions if the original packaging is intact:

Functional Failure: The device fails to power on or function properly upon the first use with brand-new batteries.

Major Cosmetic Damage: Significant scratches, printing errors, or missing parts (e.g., missing strap or photocard) found immediately upon opening.

Lightstick Base: Production & Care

Honey Jar Design: The components are detachable and can be assembled/disassembled by the user.

Custom Product Policy: This is a custom-made item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for functional defects.

Craftsmanship: Tiny air bubbles or polishing marks on the surface are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Heat Warning: Do not place the product in high-temperature areas or under direct sunlight to avoid material deformation.
