Important Notice: Pickup & Shipping

Due to the extended production lead time, we cannot guarantee that items sent via standard shipping will arrive before the concert.

On-site Pickup Available: This item can be collected at the concert venue on March 14, 2026. Please present your official website order page at the pickup area to claim your items.

Lightstick Care & Safety Instructions

Check Your Package: Please ensure your package includes one Photocard (random 1 of 3 types) and a Wrist Strap.

Batteries Not Included: Please provide your own 3 AAA alkaline batteries.

Do Not Mix Batteries: Never mix batteries of different brands, different power levels (old and new), or different types (e.g., carbon-zinc and alkaline). This prevents voltage instability and the risk of battery leakage.

Remove Batteries for Long-term Storage: Always remove the batteries if the lightstick will not be used for more than two weeks after the concert. Battery leakage is the leading cause of lightstick damage as it corrodes circuit boards and battery springs.

Proper Wrist Strap Installation: Please ensure the included yellow wrist strap is properly threaded through the strap hole. Physical impact from dropping electronic devices often results in cracked solder joints on the circuit board, leading to malfunctions.

Keep Dry: The internal circuit board is not waterproof. Avoid using the lightstick in the rain or use a transparent waterproof cover for protection.

Avoid High Temperatures: Do not leave the lightstick in high-temperature environments, such as inside a hot car or under direct sunlight, to avoid casing deformation or damage to internal components.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted within the specified period for the following initial defects, provided the original packaging is kept intact:

Functional Malfunctions: The device fails to power on or functions improperly upon the first installation of brand-new batteries.

Major Cosmetic Defects: Significant scratches, printing errors, or missing components (e.g., missing wrist strap or photocard) discovered immediately upon opening.
