Convex Selfie Mirror: Care & Usage

Material Characteristics: The convex mirror is made of acrylic, which has a lower surface hardness. Under certain lighting, fine hairline marks or tiny scratches may be visible. If these marks do not affect the clarity of your photos, they are considered a normal result of the manufacturing process and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Check the Protective Film: Most mirrors come with a transparent protective film. Please check if the film is still attached; scratches may only be on the film itself.

Protect the Surface: The mirror surface is prone to scratching. We recommend storing it in the provided storage box when not in use.

Avoid Impact: Damage from collisions (such as deep dents or significant paint peeling) is usually irreversible. This is considered personal wear and tear and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Proper Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth (like a lens cloth) to wipe the mirror. Avoid using tissues or coarse fabrics, as these may cause additional scratching.
