Warnings & Care Instructions

• Color Bleeding: Exposure to water or friction may cause color bleeding. Please keep the product dry and store it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature environments.
• Washing: The fabric has undergone dyeing and special treatments. To prevent fading or loss of stiffness, avoid water washing if possible. If washing is necessary, use a diluted neutral detergent (free of bleach and fluorescent agents) and hand wash only. After washing, blot dry with a towel, smooth out the fabric, and use a hairdryer or dehumidifier to air dry. Avoid leaving excess water on the bag to prevent water spots.
• Stain Removal: For surface stains, try using an eraser gently. For deeper dirt, spot cleaning is recommended. Use a soft brush with clean water on a small area, then lay flat to air dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent wrinkling.
• Cleaning Restrictions: Do not machine wash or dry clean, as this may cause irreversible wrinkles, shrinkage, or deformation. When hand washing, do not scrub stains aggressively, as this may cause localized fading. Do not twist/wring or tumble dry.
• Material Characteristics: Small snags or tiny black specks are inherent to the material and manufacturing process. These do not affect the functionality or appearance and are considered normal; therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Usage: Avoid contact with sharp objects or excessive friction, which may damage the bag or cause the print to peel. Such wear and tear is considered normal and is not eligible for return or exchange.
